I watched the premiere of the 1st and 2nd movie, they were awaited with iconic music we’d heard during the breaks between shows. The talent was extreme, the songs catchy. Although, looking back now it is extremely camp and cringeworthy but was a great chapter in my childhood. I remember crying at the end of the 2nd because it was over. Of course I still know all the lyrics to songs, I carried the CD cover with the lyrics in around for ages. I was obsessed.

Okay so one thing I wish is that they didn’t recreate music from the first and second movie, they overturned everything, it’s unnecessary and ruins the songs we once knew. They had the opportunity to make loads of new songs but took the easy way out which is disappointing. I wish they didn’t have to cover every single thing, it ruins the soundtrack.

Maddie and her friend are embarrassing, they’re like the knock off Tess. Bringing back WML (whatever major loser) was so bad. It’s cringe. They don’t deserve to be there. They’re just influencers basically. They really don’t have talent. They want to sabotage everyone.

Sage is adorable, a bit overconfident, she only seems to care about herself which is unfortunate. It feels as though it’s just “me, me, me.” She needs to be humbled.

Fletch is unexpected, he arrives in a cop car but later we find out he came from court because his Mom died and he had no home essentially. Kinda sad. Everyone’s making up rumours too.

I think Rosie is one of the best characters, she’s discovering herself for the first time. Her parents are strict and have so many expectations for her life. It’s nice to see her have a choice. She also had amazing fashion sense.

I don’t hate this movie, I feel like it could have been much better though. There’s so many disappointing aspects. There was potential if they made it all original songs.

It’s going viral on Tik Tok Again, luckily for the best songs of the whole movie. That’s such a relief because I couldn’t take hearing “Play my music” anymore. It is like nails on a chalkboard for many, many people.

Disney, please, don’t you dare touch anything else to remake it or reboot it. Do not ruin childhood. It was perfect the way it was. We don’t need anything else.
