Time for some ballsy Southern Rock, from Canada. Saskatoon to be precise. A goliath of a sound that wakes up absolutely every single person IN THE WORLD… who is at Hop Farm.
Gallant stompers with roaring vocals, it’s not brain surgery but it’s good fun. A romping rhythm section, long hair and healthy beards, what’s not to love?
There’s obvious Sykynyrd and Allman Brothers influences (one track was awfully reminiscent of Jessica) and they thunder through a monstrous version of Neil Young’s Down By The River.
There’s nothing new but it’s done well enough to see why they’ve been picking up numerous accolades in their homelands.
