Blue Starlite cinemas have started a programme called Silents Synched, where they take modern music and align it with silent films. All this is done with the artist’s permission.
They’re kicking off with the classic version of Nosferatu, soundtracked by Radiohead’s Kid A and Amnesiac. It starts in LA on September 21st and goes national on October 5th.
Future team ups include REM, Pixies and Pearl Jam.
