We’ve been following music for many, many years, and people have always thrown things at the performers at gigs. From bras and pants, to bottles of piss to, and we promise you this is true, a fan who threw their mother’s ashes at Pink this year, it’s happened.

Adele has now taken a stand. During her residency at Caesar’s Palace, she sternly informed the crowd: “Have you noticed how people are, like, forgetting fucking show etiquette at the moment, throwing shit onstage? Have you seen that?.. “I’ll fucking dare you to throw something at me and I’ll fucking kill you… Stop throwing things at the artist!” She was holding a (t-shirt) gun at the time.

Now, we want to be absolutely clear, we are with Adele on this. Performers are trying their best to entertain a crowd of people, and do not need to be damaging their act to duck out of the way of random shit thrown by people who think they’re part of the event. Do not do this.
