Afroman defeats US Police in defamation case

In 2022 police raided the home of Afroman on the hunt for evidence of drugs and kidnapping… and somehow didn’t find any drugs in the home of the ‘Because I Got High’ singer.

Indeed, the police didn’t find anything and no charges followed…

…but something else sure did. Afroman released songs mocking the officers – including Lemon Pound Cake – complete with a video using his own security camera footage of the cops and the raid.

Inevitably, cops on the film sued him for millions for defamation, but today he won and beat them.

“We did it America! Yeah! We did it! Freedom of speech!” he shouted, dressed in a Stars and Stripes suit.

As told the court “The whole raid was a mistake… All of this is their fault… If they hadn’t have wrongly raided my house, there would be no lawsuit. I would not know their names. They wouldn’t be on my home surveillance system, and there would be no songs, nothing.”
