Okay ladies and gentlemen, it’s time to put the Black Honey album away… because there’s a whole new one to listen to! Yes, Black Honey have been putting out singles for a while in this cycle, but they’ve finally released the complete ‘Written and Directed’ LP.
There’s the usual mix of stompers, touching tracks, pointed lyrics, and playful winks that we loved so much in their first album. Basically, if you liked Black Honey before they’ve turned themselves up a few notches. Written and Directed is a perfect title as all of these should be in a movie soundtrack.
Now, we’ve got a pair of tracks for you: the slower Gabrielle and the faster Disinfect.
