The longest streak of my life has been given to raising my little finch named Pookins, don’t ask where the name came from as I let my brain impulsively choose.

If you’re like me and struggle to be productive, you forget to do things like chores, tasks, then this is the app you need. I’ve never completed so much in 26 years on the planet.

Finch is amazing. In exchange for the completion of tasks, your bird goes on adventures and grows. Pookins is a teen and exploring Vancouver at the moment. I’ve not forgotten to take my meds in nearly a month now. I’ve completed as many chores as possible. You can pair up with a friend to complete tasks. My friend, Lee, well, he doesn’t have the best history with breakfast so me and him are paired because I can’t live without my breakfast.

You can set up your own tasks and be reminded when you need to do them which makes it much easier than any other app. Just while writing this, I got told Pookins is awake.

You get to collect outfits, design your house, you can even personality your little Finch along the way. Also, you hatch a little companion to keep you company. I still have my black cat I found on the Halloween adventure. I’m not changing just yet. We will see.

I currently have over 10K gems to spend on designing my little finch. I have no clue what I will do. I impulsively gave Pookins a blue winter themed outfit because Vancouver will probably be cold. Pookins is purple and brown. I picked my favourite colour and let him grow whatever wings he needed. Kind of proud of this journey. It’s for the better.

I’m now onto day 50, I can’t believe how well I’ve done. I’ve never been so consistent in my life. I’m making progress in all aspects and I’m remembering the chores I need to do. I even clean my room without being bagged. It’s a miracle.

I can’t wait to see where this will all lead to in the end.

My Pookins has changed colour, he’s a teen and has cute clothes that make him look adorable. He’s really motivattional and leaves me messages all the time to keep me going.
