KPop Demon Hunters was a huge global hit and the merch is being joined by a concert tour as the money keeps rolling in.

Unfortunately, this is a problem for Christian metal band Demon Hunters. Despite a career spanning into a third decade and twelve albums, the band now face themselves being completely masked by the KPop. To the extent people have complained after buying tickets to their shows for their kids only to find a metal act.

Given that the band have a trademark on Demon Hunters for recorded music and merch, registered in 2022, the band are suing Netflix.

Demands include Netflix ceasing to use the KPop Demon Hunters name for recorded music, merch and live shows, of which Demon Hunters have applied for a trademark.
