A festival in Cowbridge thought Cowchella was a perfect fun name… but Coachella in American disagreed and now the festival has been forced to rebrand.

Now named Moo La La, the festival is run by H from Steps and he’s looking on the ‘massive PR opportunity’ side: “It’s a little bit mind blowing… what we’re doing is very different to what they do… love that Coachella has put Cowbridge on the map”.

Unfortunately it’s going to cost them money in scrapping anything with a name on, but “We wanted… to provide an amazing place where everybody could come have a great time, make it family friendly, accessible.”
