The Courteeners are back back back, and they’ve announced their seventh album.

It’s out October 25th and is called Pink Cactus Café, which in a year where we’ve had an album called Gary, that’s cool. The first single of the campaign is ‘Solitude of the Night Bus.’

A press released explained “This came at a time of real questioning. Things weren’t going particularly well. No confidence. No direction. I think that’s why – whisper it – it’s on the fun side. This is the new us. I’d previously worked with Ola on ‘Hanging Off Your Cloud’ and, like then, there was just a magic in the room that was irresistible.”
