David Fincher to create English language Squid Game spin off

October 29, 2024

The second season of smash Korean hit Squid Game is out December 26 and a third and final season is being made.

Also being made, it turns out, is an English language spin off.

You’d be forgiven for wondering what’s the point given Squid Game is perfect as is, but here’s the twist: it’s being created by David Fincher.

The guy behind Seven.

So yeah, this could be worth it. He’ll be working on it in 2025.
