Lawmakers in Tennessee introduced a bill into their parliament asking for a statue country music legend Dolly Parton to be built at the State Capitol. A tribute to someone who has contributed hugely to culture and economy in that state.
But Dolly has politely asked for this to stop, and for valued reasons:
And that is exactly why the world needs a statue of her.
