Your scribe has a confession to make: he has no idea about wrestling. This isn’t due to some snobbery, but growing up I never really encountered wrestling, so I don’t have any ides who the characters are.

Come to the last weekend, when a mate says ‘have you ever heard Fozzy?’ I hadn’t, which is bad as they’ve released several albums, and as I discovered when I started to listen to their songs, they’re a brilliant rock band.

Then my mate says: their singer is one of the most legendary wrestlers of all time.

What?

So yes, Chris Jericho is a highly lauded wrestler, and in my opinion, a perfect frontman.
