Fraiser was a superb show, but we’re not sure how we feel about the comeback, and yes, if you’ve not heard, Paramount+ has dug it up from the grave and a new season is coming October 12th for North America, 13th for the World.

Why aren’t we sure? Although Kelsey Grammer is back as Fraiser, equally important figures like David Hyde Pierce isn’t back, and poor John Mahoney has passed away. Equally, the cast now includes all round comedy charisma vacuum Nichlas Lyndhurst.

Here’s some fluff: “Filmed in front of a live studio audience at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles, the new series follows Frasier Crane in the next chapter of his life as he returns to Boston with new challenges to face, new relationships to forge and an old dream or two to finally fulfil. Frasier has re-entered the building!”

The only way to find out will be to watch.
