Not only are 90s alt wonders Garbage still going, after a bid career lull they’re back making great music – recent track No Horses was as good as anything they’ve ever done. Nonetheless it’s been three decades and the band are releasing a new greatest hits album.
Called ‘Anthology’, the release boasts no less than thirty five tracks, including all the hits, some bs-des and rarity Witness To Your Love. Here’s Shirley Manson, singer and actual Terminator star, to promote:
“This anthology is testimony to almost three decades of creative work together, our collective tenacity and our terrifying ability as a group to withstand ritual humiliation on a regular basis…Regardless of the inevitable shifts and tides within the music industry, we are surprised to find ourselves still here, making records and touring the globe. It is in no small part as a result of the astounding fan support we receive… Our love and gratitude to all, for everything.”
It’s out on double yellow vinyl, double normal CD and streaming.
