As well as being the singer of My Chemical Romance, Gerard Way is a comic book artist and writer, as well as a Dungeons and Dragons player.

That last part is relevant here, as Way has joined the voice cast of a new Dungeons and Dragons pinball machine.

According to their fluff Dungeons & Dragons: The Tyrant’s Eye will see “chosen members of the Dragonshield Guild trying to defeat the dragon queen Tiamat, who is hatching a plan to rise again, triggering the War of Dragons, with Xanathar, Balinor and Sammaster all fighting for power”.

“Enjoy mysterious and exciting features by navigating through hidden passageways, experience an electromagnet-powered gelatinous cube that freezes the pinball, and explore dynamic dungeon levels that are accessed through a disappearing playfield trap door.

All of which sounds way more complicated than we’re used to.
