Josh Homme’s familial and legal issues continue to entangle, as his fifteen year old daughter Camille has gained an extension to her restraining order against him. He had been banned from coming within 100 yards or making contact with her, and the end dates has been moved to November, with a court date in October.
Meanwhile he can only FaceTime his sons, aged 5 and 10, for fifteen minutes every other day, but their restraining order request was turned down. The boys and their mother, Brody Dalle, claim Homme has been verbally and physically abusive towards them, whereas Homme has claimed Dalle refuses to hand them over for visits, and had been planning protesting the lack of access before the accusations were levied.
Homme’s legal team explained: “Ms. Dalle has previously brought these claims to the police, DCFS and the presiding judge of the family law court, all of whom have declined to take any action based upon these spurious claims.”
