According to TMZ, which claims to have seen the legal documents, Josh Homme’s two sons have filed for a domestic violence restraining order against him.
The Queens of the Stone Age singer had two sons with Brody Dalle – Orrin, 10 and Wolf, 5 – and the pair divorced in 2009. Now the sons, through Dalle, allege they are scared of Homme, that he has been violent towards them, made death threats and driven them about drunk. This follows on from Dalle herself taking out a restraining order several years ago and alleging physical abuse.
To be fair, Homme’s attorney released a statement saying “Ms. Dalle has previously brought these claims to the police, DCFS and the presiding judge of the family law court, all of whom have declined to take any action based upon these spurious claims.”
