It would be fair to say Lorde fans have been waiting hard for their icon’s next album, as every time we do a Lorde related piece there’s a lot of people praying it’s a sign for a release date. Well, they’ve got a massive sign today and people are convinced:
Lorde has been confirmed for the 2022 Primavera Festival.
So, what everyone is thinking is she’ll have dropped a new album before that. Sounds reasonable, right? I mean, it’ll have been five years since the last album and a massive festival slot…
But there’s more. Primavera themselves dropped this snippet: “Lorde, who will emerge from her retirement with her third album after her unforgettable visit in 2018,”
