Singer and actor Kris Kristofferson has passed away. He was 88.
As well as a career in country music that saw him ranked with the all time greats – and perform with them too – he showed skill and range as an actor, from the 70s version of A Star Is Born to not being outshone by Wesley Snipes’ Blade.
He won three Grammys for best country song, and passed peacefully at home with his family.
