Sad and shocking news this afternoon: legendary UK DJ Steve Wright has died. He was just 69.
His long career means most people of a certain age in the UK enjoyed his shows at one time or another, a career that was about warmth and humour as much as the music he played.
He was a giant of UK broadcasting, and groundbreaking in his heyday.
