When Fatboy Slim’s Rockerfeller Skank was at peak fame – twenty five years ago – the DJ tried to liven up playing it for himself by mashing it up with The Rolling Stones’ Satisfaction. He’s played it many times ever since and it’s been bootlegged round the world.

There’s never been any official recording or release though because The Stones refused to clear the sample…

…until now! Yes, The Satisfaction Skank can be officially released.

To be fair, Slim has long stressed that Mick Jagger liked the song but it was management that said no way, but this time they even sent over the master tapes for the best mix possible (in an armoured van).
