The Musicians’ Union and Help Musicians have conducted the first UK Musicians’ Census, which surveyed over 6000 industry figures, including 2526 women. The results are both terrible and unsurprising.

A third of women have been sexually harassed at work.

Women face eight times more discrimination than men, and half have faced it.

Women earn an average 10% less than men.

They are pushing for reform.
