Over the bank holiday weekend the rumour mill sprang into life: Oasis were going to reform and play some huge gigs.

Excitement rose when Liam and Noel both shared the same image, a date and time… this morning.

Then this happened:

“The guns have fallen silent.
The stars have aligned.
The great wait is over.
Come see.
It will not be televised.”

It’s true. It’s actually true and the reunion is on. There will be a series of shows in Cardiff, Manchester, London, Edinburgh and Dublin in 2025, but that’s just the European part of a world tour.

Tickets will go on sale August 31st at 9am BST. Four tickets per person and household. This is going to be insane.

Cardiff Principality Stadium: July 4, 5
Manchester Heaton Park: July 11, 12, 19, 20
London Wembley Stadium: July 25, 26, August 2, 3
Edinburgh Murrayfield Stadium: August 8, 9
Dublin Croke Park: August 16, 27

No news on cost, no news on the rest of the band.

Can they make it a year?
