Many kids growing up want to try what their parents do. There’s lots of kids who inherit farms, who take up a pen (Joe Hill, aka son of Stephen King we’re looking at you), and in this instance we’re looking at the kids of some musicians who have formed their own band. Yes, it could all go horribly, horribly wrong.
But fear not, Griffin aka son of Corey Taylor of Slipknot, and Simon, son of Shawn Clown Crahan from Slipknot, have formed their own metal band, and they are really good. Called ‘Vended’, there’s a definite Slipknot vibe to the single they just dropped.
The band is filled out by three other people and they’ve been gigging and putting the hours in, producing music that’s in the upper quality echelon. Good stuff, and we look forward to hearing more:
