The trailer for Gladiator 2 is out and, you know what, now we want to watch it.
Why? One detail caught our attention. One lesser known fact about Roman theatrics is sometimes they filled the Colosseum with water and had mini naval battles for people to watch (the Naumachia), because these were the Romans and small details like ‘water is runny’ weren’t going to trouble them.
Gladiator 2 has realised this and put one in the film.
