A joint tribute concert is to be held for two of the musical legends lost last year. The first is the perennially underappreciated Sinead O’Connor, and the second is king of Christmas (and the rest of the year) Shane MacGowan.
The gig will be held at Carnegie Hall on March 20th in New York.
Confirmed artists so far include Cat Power, Mountain Goats and Dropkick Murpheys, who will be performing the pair’s songs.
