Do we still care about the Oscars? Gives everyone something to talk about I guess, so here goes:

The five songs making up the Best Original Song category have been announced, and they include two from the Barbie movie. Incredibly, they’re not even the best song, which Sam Smith made.

Here’s the runners:

Billie Eilish’s ‘What Was I Made For?’
Ryan Gosling’s ‘I’m Just Ken’
Scott George’s ‘Wahzhazhe (A Song For My People)’
Jon Batiste and Dan Wilson’s ‘It Never Went Away’
Diane Warren’s ‘The Fire Inside’

I guess, you’ve got to hope Warren wins her first Oscar with this, her fifteenth (!) nomination
