Charlie Boyer has jacked in his former role as part of London nearly-made-its Electricity In Our Homes to embark on a solo career, backed by highly stylised band The Voyeurs. Debut single I Watch You, released by an on-form Heavenly Records, is a little bit 70s New York art punk, a touch snotty Buzzcocks snarl, and a smidgeon reeling psyche magic. You could argue that at 5 minutes it’s at least a minute too long, but then again you could just stop moaning and lose it to the music (maaaaaan).
