Until last night, we had no idea multi decade pop star Lulu did a cover of David Bowie’s The Man Who Sold The World!
She did it in 1974, a few years after Bowie’s version, and dials the performance down to bring out the pathos and menace.
We’re impressed, and will have to dig through Lulu’s considerable back catalogue to see what else there is.
