Another thumping exercise in brevity from The Vaccines, Tiger Blood clocks in at a hectic 2 minutes long, and has just what you’d expect from the shambling scallywags—chirping Libertines guitars, a big bouncing bassline, a rattling crash of a chorus and not an ounce of fat. Albert Hammond Jr’s fingers pushed the faders, and his influence can be clearly heard in the Strokes-y nature of Tiger Blood, teamed with the guttersnipe good times that The Vaccines deliver so well. Loads of fun.
Out now.
